Job description

• IT infrastructure Sales and services, predominantly on Information Security, Data Security, and Networking Solution (CISCO/Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet)
• Interacting with various Enterprise and SMB Customer to understand the existing IT infrastructure and pitching new solutions
• Maintaining complete customer profiling which helps to unearth new opportunities.
• Coordinating with OEM, presales and post sales team for solution designing, technical refresh and POC for customer requirements
• For the existing customers and new customers, deliver high quality service by –
• Acquiring in depth knowledge about the technical specifications, company’s process and systems and documenting the same.
• Based on the same, suggest up-gradation in the existing infrastructure and services provided in a cost-effective sense
• After sales activity doing regular review to ensure customer satisfaction for the services provided in the post sales activity
