Job Profile

  • Responsible for sales of entire network for TIN Business (Edible Oil Industry).
  • Handling Distributors/ Stockiest and Maintaining Relationship with clients.
  • Meeting the Volume & Value targets by Month, Quarter and year.
  • Set the targets and action plan of Team Members and assist them in sales-prospecting.
  • Timely submission of performance report to the management
  • Ensuring the service levels of stockiest credit frequency etc.
  • Visiting outlets to review customer complaints & grievances.
  • Display Product ranges by promotional activities.
  • New Product launches awareness through promotional activities.
  • Gathered market intelligence, tracking competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning

Relevant  Experience :

  •  Should have 5 – 8 years experience of handling HORECA & Institutional Customers experience from FMCG     and   handling TIN Business in Edible Oil Industry

Competencies Required

  • Excellent Communication Skill – Tamil / English + Any other South Indian Language (added advantage)
  • Market Knowledge (strong knowledge of HoReCa, Institutions & Catering Markets)
  • Business Knowledge

Fixed CTC – 7 to 8 Lacs p.a + Sales Incentive
