Job Profile
- Responsible for sales of entire network for TIN Business (Edible Oil Industry).
- Handling Distributors/ Stockiest and Maintaining Relationship with clients.
- Meeting the Volume & Value targets by Month, Quarter and year.
- Set the targets and action plan of Team Members and assist them in sales-prospecting.
- Timely submission of performance report to the management
- Ensuring the service levels of stockiest credit frequency etc.
- Visiting outlets to review customer complaints & grievances.
- Display Product ranges by promotional activities.
- New Product launches awareness through promotional activities.
- Gathered market intelligence, tracking competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning
Relevant Experience :
- Should have 5 – 8 years experience of handling HORECA & Institutional Customers experience from FMCG and handling TIN Business in Edible Oil Industry
Competencies Required
- Excellent Communication Skill – Tamil / English + Any other South Indian Language (added advantage)
- Market Knowledge (strong knowledge of HoReCa, Institutions & Catering Markets)

Fixed CTC – 7 to 8 Lacs p.a + Sales Incentive
